I have a brain tumour and am currently taking dexamethasone to control symptoms. Have done a round of chemomtherapy and have radiotheraphy and more chemo coming up. Try taking them as early as you can. I'm never able to sleep whilst taking them so I just accept it. I do rest a lot during the course though and find it helps.
